into levers, those few things that significantly impact performance
and are within your control. Then, you will learn the performance
indicators to monitor that focus on those levers and enable you
to make informed decisions. The key to managing performance is
your traffic system. Learn how to make sure that your traffic
system is giving you the critical data you need to manage the
underwriting department and maximize your station’s potential.
